כשאנחנו מתבגרים זה לצערנו מפסיק.
בשל תנאים רבים, (כמו ישיבה בכיתה) אנו מאבדים את הסקרנות להתפתח.

בדרך כלל, אך לא תמיד, הסקרנות הזו יכולה להצית מחדש את התשוקה שלנו לחקור אפשרויות כשאנחנו מבוגרים יותר.

באמצעות שיטת פלדנקרייז אנו חוקרים אינסוף דרכים לנוע בנוחות ולאפשר לתנועה לחדור לדפוסים התנהגותיים, רגשיים, פיזיים, נוירולוגיים וקוגניטיביים עמוקים.

אין סוף לגילוי אפשרויות.
השיטה מאפשרת מערכת יחסים חדשה עם עצמך וכלפי אחרים.
גילויים אלו נוגעים ללב.
צריך רק הקדשה קטנה כדי לחוות שינוי פיזי ונפשי.

As babies we search and explore all the unimaginable possibilities through trial and error; always exploring.

When we are older this unfortunately stops and due to numerous conditions, (like sitting in the classroom) we lose the curiosity to develop.

Usually, but not always, this curiosity can reignite our passion for exploring possibilities, when we are older.

Through the Feldenkrais Method we explore endless ways of moving comfortably; allowing the movement to tap into deep behavioural, emotional, physical, neurological, cognitive patterns.

There is never an end to discovering more possibilities.

The repertoire of Feldenkrais movement is infinitive. 💫

The method allows a new relationship with yourself and towards others. These discoveries are touchingly beautiful.

It only needs a small dedication in order to experience physical and mental change.
