250KAL was started by brother and sister Robert & Denise Hallam to produce a range of low calorie and no-added sugar baked treats - after Robert was diagnosed with diabetes in 2008 trying to find tasty treats was a real challenge so we decided to make our own - being low in calories and no-added sugar, we thought everyone would enjoy a healthier choice of cakes and treats!
