We asked the reformer group to describe the weekend in three words. Plenty of thoughtful answers came in and then somebody gave us this. Full Body Integrated. We laughed, but it is also exactly what we are training for. Nobody works one muscle in a straight line on the reformer. Everything is connected to everything else.
