Fieldcraft for the Curious – Summer Adventure Awaits!

Calling all young explorers aged 10–17!

This July, step into nature with Fieldcraft for the Curious — a unique two-part experience combining biodiversity walks with hands-on creative workshops at Esker Arts.
Discover the wonders of local ecosystems and get creative with techniques like plant-pressing, wool felting, print-making, and botanical drawing.
Guided by botanist Helena Brady and feltmaker Caitriona Nolan, this is the perfect chance to connect with nature in a fun and inspiring way.

We’re inviting local young performers to take part in an Open Mic session at Edenderry Library for Cruinniú na nÓg. All styles welcome — come and showcase your music in a friendly, low pressure setting.

Celebrating young musical talent at Cruinniú na nÓg! Join us in Edenderry Library for an Open Mic session where young musicians from Midlands Rocks can perform in a supportive setting — and audiences are welcome to drop in, listen, and enjoy the music.

Offaly County Council Arts Office is seeking a Freelance Marketing Coordinator to lead and deliver the promotional campaign for Culture Night Offaly 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Culture Night is experienced across the county — working with artists, venues, and communities to showcase a vibrant and diverse programme of events. The role involves developing creative marketing content, managing social media, engaging with press, and supporting the overall visibility of Culture Night in Offaly.
