There has been a confirmed case of plague in White-clawed Crayfish in the Camac River in Dublin.

This disease is devasting to the native Crayfish Population. In order to prevent the spread we would ask all River Users to adopt the “Check Clean Dry” strategy, outlined in the attached sign.
We would like to note that this disease is in not harmful to humans or pets.
