Ingredients:
1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes Gourmet Lamb Burgers
SuperValu Olive Oil
Tzatziki
100ml Plain yogurt
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
½ Lemon, juiced
1 Cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
Garnish
100g Feta cheese, crumbled
1 head SuperValu baby gem lettuce, leaves separated
2 SuperValu beef tomatoes, sliced
4 Brioche or sourdough buns

Method:
Tzatziki: Combine all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Drizzle burgers with SuperValu olive oil. Sear on a hot barbecue until browned on each side. Move to a cooler part of the barbecue.
Top with tomato and feta. Close the barbecue lid to melt the cheese.
Toast the buns. Fill with baby gem leaves, a generous dollop of tzatziki, and the cooked lamb burgers.
