Leg day finisher🤢⁣

Elevated banded heal squats < (i made that up, i dunno what they are called 🤷🏻‍♂️) ⁣

1️⃣ Raise the heals on a plate⁣
2️⃣ Put a band around the back of your shoulders/neck⁣
3️⃣ shut up and squat⁣

Note** don’t lock out the legs at the top, this keeps tension on the legs.. ⁣

Try 2 sets of 20 reps ⁣
Then with your 3rd set, go to failure with the dumbbells/kettlebells when u cant do anymore, drop the weight and go to failure with body weight... ⁣
