Nice little message received off one of my clients... he is in doing S&C along with sport massage on a weekly basis to get his body in top condition for the GAA championship..
Leg day finisher🤢
Elevated banded heal squats < (i made that up, i dunno what they are called 🤷🏻♂️)
1️⃣ Raise the heals on a plate
2️⃣ Put a band around the back of your shoulders/neck
3️⃣ shut up and squat
Note** don’t lock out the legs at the top, this keeps tension on the legs..
Try 2 sets of 20 reps
Then with your 3rd set, go to failure with the dumbbells/kettlebells when u cant do anymore, drop the weight and go to failure with body weight...
