Take Control of Your Life – Why NOT to Play the ‘Blame Game’
Hi Everyone
I hope you all had a good day.
This evening, I’d like to speak with you about why it’s so important that we do not play the ‘blame game’. Blame is one of the surest ways to stay in a problem and whenever we blame someone else we are not taking responsibility for our own lives. Because when we blame another we are giving away our spiritual power. Also, if we ever feel that our parents hurt us, it is vital for our spiritual freedom to understand that they were doing the best they could with the understanding, awareness and knowledge that they had when they were rearing us. Furthermore, the only things that they could possibly teach us are what they themselves had been taught.
How much do you know about your parents’ childhoods, especially before the age of ten? I now advise that if it’s still possible for you to find out, ask them. Additionally, if you’re able to find out about your parents’ childhoods and feel that they hurt you during yours, you will more easily understand why they did so. And you will then derive compassion from this same understanding.
However, if you don’t know or can’t find out, try to imagine what it must have been like for them by asking yourself questions like - what kind of childhood would have created an adult to behave in such a way as to hurt you like that? It’s important for you to realise that you need this knowledge for your own freedom and you can’t free yourself until you initially free them and this freedom starts with first forgiving them, because you can’t forgive yourself until you do so. Therefore start now by using the great power of forgiveness that lies within us all and by doing so you will open the doors to the unlimited spiritual power that lies within.
Once again, I hope you all had a great day and look forward to speaking with you later. In the meantime please feel free to comment on this evening’s post which was inspired by Louise Hay’s book ‘You Can Heal Your Life’.
Spiritual Love and best wishes,
David
Hi Everyone
I hope that you have a great 2016, and remember that it’s the thoughts you think that creates the world within which you live. Therefore, simply, be mindful of your thoughts.
Also, don’t blame or criticise yourself or others for anything that seemingly goes wrong in your life. Because, by doing so, you only diminish your spiritual power; including, where your positive feelings of self-confidence, self-worth, and wellbeing are concerned.
Furthermore, be quick to forgive others and also quick to forgive yourself. Being in a state of forgiveness is a very powerful and spiritually rewarding experience. Whereas, being in a state of non-forgiveness only leads to illness. Also, if initially, you’re finding it hard to forgive yourself or others, begin with being willing to do so; and, thereafter, you will be amazed, just how easy it actually is to do so.
Moreover, remember to live totally in the present moment where all of life’s infinite possibilities exist. Personally, I find meditation is a great way of achieving this state of being. And, while in this pure state, you will find yourself easily letting go of the past; while, also letting the future take care of itself.
Additionally, please be mindful of the importance of positive change in your life, and the need to regularly incorporate it into your life. “It’s not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change.” - Charles Darwin (1809-1882)
Wishing you all, a happy and a peaceful New Year,
David
