As Menโ€™s Health Week 2026 comes to a close on Father's Day, weโ€™re celebrating the dads, grandads, and father figures who keep us moving every day. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

This yearโ€™s message of โ€œ๐˜–๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ ๐˜š๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ฑ ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ข ๐˜›๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ: ๐˜—๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด, ๐˜•๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜—๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ค๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏโ€ reminds us that looking after our health doesnโ€™t have to be complicated. Sometimes itโ€™s as simple as a walk together, a chat, or making time to be active.

Today is a great opportunity to take that step, with the people who matter most.

Letโ€™s keep building healthy habits beyond this week.

Tag a dad or father figure youโ€™re celebrating today ๐Ÿ‘‡

Protect Our Dunes 2026 - Why Sand Dunes Matter?

Together, we can preserve our county's natural coastal treasures!

Protect Our Dunes 2026 - Why Sand Dunes Matter?

Sand dunes reduce coastal erosion, absorb storm energy, and provide habitats for rare plants and animals. Human activities like trampling, sliding down dunes, wild camping, and roaming dogs can cause lasting damage.

Small actions by visitors can make a big difference:
โœ… Stick to designated pathways
โœ… Avoid walking or running on dunes
โœ… Follow local signage
โœ… Observe wildlife from a respectful distance

Together, we can preserve our county's natural coastal treasures!
