Property Snag

So we were ask to snag this property. The client was told it was ready for inspection.

They said it was ready for snagging, I don't think so.

The most asked question from new house buyers is, Do you check Floor Levels? We visually inspect floor levels however we strongly recommend to our clients to get their chosen floor laying contractor to check floor levels as they will know the tolerance level of the product you have chosen to lay on your floors. This generally applies to the ground floor. The first floor and subsequent floors are usually timber and will be checked for creaking and the all the joints are not lipping. If you have asked your builder for additional items such as sockets, extra tv points or anything else and your builder has agreed, you should inform your snag inspector so these items can also be checked during the inspection.

This was our 2nd visit to this property to undertake a snag inspection, the builder said it was ready to be snagged. Power supply was connected, water was connected however nothing commissioned. Very little done since out last visit.
