📍 Feel your eating correct still not losing weight 📍

Oils, sauces, vinegars and fizzy drinks are the biggest downfalls I see in my clients when starting out and even though 50-100 calories here and there isn’t anything major if it’s in 2 meals a day by the end of the week that could be what’s holding you back!! So think about what sauces you use and STOP drinking fizzy drinks there’s plenty of substitutes I will post on my story 💪🏽
