Optimising Nutrition for Irish Dance 🥦
All of our Reel Strength Online dancers are invited to join me for an educational talk this Thursday at 7pm - where we will be discussing the basic principles of good nutrition & looking at the crucial role it plays in our performance, athletic development & recovery.

Now that we are back to school, it's time to get up & running with our new term 🏋️♀️
The term will run for 9 weeks & we have a few options available:
* 2 classes per week (Wednesday 4pm & Sat) & weekly home workout
* 1 class per week (Saturday 11am or 12pm) & weekly home workout
Spaces are limited to 10 dancers per class. Priority will be given to those signing up for the full term - if there are spaces remaining in any of the classes, I will open them out to PAYG but only to dancers who are available for a minimum of 7 out of the 9 weeks - consistency is key 🙌
