BodyTalk Access is a powerful one-day workshop that teaches anyone—regardless of background—how to use five simple, yet highly effective energy medicine techniques to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. These techniques are designed to balance the brain, reduce stress, support immune function, enhance hydration, and optimize the body’s structural alignment. Practical and easy to learn, Access takes just 10 minutes a day and can be applied at home, in the workplace, or in any community setting. It also includes the Fast Aid protocol, a rapid-response technique to support healing in acute situations or emergencies by helping to stabilize the system and reduce shock.

This is a hands-on course where students will observe, learn, and then actively practice each technique. The emphasis is on direct experience, with plenty of supervised time to ensure comfort and confidence in applying the tools for both self-care and helping others.
