The Inno-vera Pilot: Connecting the INNOCAP and MINDSET Projects 06/07/2026

MINDSET has been featured in the Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme, highlighting how results from the INNOCAP project are now being carried forward through our work in MINDSET.

The article focuses on the Inno-vera platform, a digital innovation tool developed to help municipal employees share, develop and implement ideas that respond to societal and service delivery challenges.

Through MINDSET, the platform and the innovation processes established in Västernorrland will be integrated into the project toolkit and used to support the implementation of Reg-MOI, our framework for regional mobilisation and innovation.

This is a practical example of how Interreg projects can build on each other’s outcomes, extending the value of cooperation and supporting innovation across the Northern Periphery and Arctic region.
