The December daylight fades and the shop lights step in, Kenmare subtly makes a case for possibly the most beautiful bookshop in Ireland.

Simon Linnell has weaved his magic yet again as editor of the Kenmare Chronicle for 2026. His dedication is second to none and we are so grateful for his unstinting contribution to his unique themes of real life documented history which has now become an all time favourite for both young and old. In essence each edition is a timeless classic!
