Offering a wide range of recipes from around the world, we have classes to suit all ages and all levels. Howth Castle Cookery School is based in the beautifully restored Georgian kitchens in historic Howth Castle. On our short hands-on cookery courses participants cook in groups for approximately two hours and then sit down to eat all that they have prepared with a glass of wine. Our demonstratio
Warm up with our Seafood Chowder class 🍲✨
Learn how to make a traditional Irish chowder packed with fresh locally caught Howth fish & shellfish, alongside homemade Treacle & Guinness Brown Bread. We’ll also whip up a delicious dip or hummus to enjoy fresh from the oven.
After class, sit back in our beautiful Garden Room with a glass of wine and enjoy your creations overlooking the castle gardens. 🍷🌿
