Amy McCarthy - Singer

over the years and is at her happiest in front of a microphone. Being no stranger to the stage Amy has done everything from performing arts school to singing with rock bands. Her passion, drive and talent was acknowledged when she was awarded student of the year in Music Performance. Over the last two years she has worked with some of the worlds most prestigious vocal coaches including Gemma Sugrue, Heidi Krenn and Cheryl Porter to develop her vocal technique and artist identity. Amy's voice is nuanced and lends a hand to her story telling ability. She connects to her true self effortlessly though the emotion she show cases on stage, her wide vocal range and use of dynamic's adds so much soul to her performances. Amy has been influenced by many artists like P!nk, Nils Lofgren, Mary Black, AC/DC and The Saw Doctors.
