This week, it is the turn of Beginner’s Adz. Introducing Adam, Mariam, Darragh, Cí and Conor.
Mariam, Darragh, Conor and Cí are all past coders and love being able to share what they learnt while here. Adam is a software engineer who recently moved to Gorey and got involved through hearing about Coderdojo Gorey. Together head up a very enthusiastic room where they introduce our young coders to more advanced coding.

Next up in our introductions is Eamonn!
Eamonn is our lead mentor and also looks after Intermediate Scratch. He became involved through his kids who were attending CoderDojo Gorey and he saw how much they were getting out of it. Oh and can I add he is also a self proclaimed genius (his words 😂).

Over the next few weeks we are going to introduce our fantastic mentors to you all. First up we have Molly and Jo who head up Beginner’s Scratch. Molly was actually the first child to be enrolled in Coderdojo Gorey and now leads the group. Jo brought her son along and he enjoyed it so much she decided to get in on the act and is now Molly’s sidekick!
