Something I've been saying for years and to be honest this drives me crazy, screen especially phones are ruining society people are gone crazy giving there children phones, ipads letting them sit for hours staring at crap.
That's lazy parenting sure give them the phione they be quite.
A quite child is not a good thing there brain is not fully developed and the amount of weird crap that's going on in the world you don't want your children exposed to..
children need to be out playing getting dirty having fun

Had the pleasure meeting Mr Richard Donovan in our home town Galway city. Richard is a neighbour of mine, and definitely one of my favourite Athletes
The amount of adventures Richard has only most would dream of.
Richard is a ultra marathon runner and was the first person to compete a marathon in the North and South Pole, he also holds a world record for running marathons on all 7 continents.
Richard is the organiser of the world's most amazing adventure races
The North Pole marathon
The antarctic ice marathon
The volcano marathon.
