Welcome to Bodies In Motion, the mobile creative movement and gymnastics company that brings the fun right to your centre!

Our themed classes are researched based and developmentally appropriate for children under the age of 6. Bodies in Motion incorporate a focused warm up in all our classes called Brain Dance. Brain Dance in an excellent full body and brain warm-up for children of all ages that sequences through eight fundamental movement patterns of early childhood development.

With over 17 years of teaching experience, we have had the pleasure of teaching throughout Ireland and the United States from toddlers to adults.

Classes are held conveniently at your location. Bodies in Motion cover all aspects of the classes, so that your students can enjoy the benefits of our movement program without any of the hassle.
