It's Stem Cell Awareness Day! We are marking it with two sister projects, Premstem and Healikick!

AutoCRAT uses human-induced pluripotent stem cells to generate articular chondrocytes for cartilage repair and human-induced mesenchymal stem cells for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.

Healikick is using technologies such as nanokicking which stimulates stem cells to undergo osteogenesis to deliver bone graft materials to help tackle clinical challenges faced in orthopaedic and reconstructive surgery.

PREMSTEM is developing a stem cell therapy to treat brain injury associated with preterm birth using human mesenchymal stem cells from donated umbilical cord tissue.
