If you’ve ever wondered why our pizza al taglio is so incredibly light, it all comes down to the science of the dough.

We use a high-hydration recipe (at least 75% water!) which is then baked at high temperatures. 🌡️

The result? A beautiful, bubbly interior with a perfectly crisp base that holds up all our delicious toppings. 🤤
