Made with our creamy Killowen Farm Wexford Strawberry Greek Style Yogurt, this colourful bowl is full of fresh berry flavour and is a lovely way to keep cool while making the most of these gorgeous sunny days. Whether you’re enjoying it for breakfast in the garden or as a refreshing afternoon treat, it’s a simple recipe you’ll come back to all summer long.

You’ll need:
🍓 200g Killowen Farm Wexford Strawberry Greek Style Yogurt
🥛 80ml milk
💧 100ml water
🍌 70g frozen banana
🫐 200g frozen mixed berries

Toppings:
🍓 Fresh strawberries
🫐 Blueberries
❤️ Pomegranate seeds
🥣 Granola
🥜 Peanut butter

Method:

Add the yogurt, milk, water, frozen banana and berries to a blender.
Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
Spoon into your favourite bowl.
Finish with the strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, granola and a drizzle of peanut butter.

Tip: If you’d like to give it a little protein boost, simply blend in 30g of your favourite protein powder before serving (we’re big fans of vanilla!).
