Would just like to say if politicians can't live on less than € 1,800 a week how do they expect pensioners and people on social welfare to live on €5 a rise per week when the cost of petrol/diesel rises by €1! a litre and what about the measly 30c an hour increase for minimum wage. Politicians need to wake up to the reality of the cost of living in this country. Politicians reap the benefit again while the rest of us are thrown scraps. Time for people to wake up the elite get richer while the rest of us get poorer.
