Enniscorthy Defibrillator Initiative is a community group set up to provide Enniscorthy town and surrounding areas with publicly accessible defibrillators and to train local people in their use to potentially save lives within the community. Enniscorthy Defibrillator Initiative was originally set up in 2016 by Michael Devereux when he organised a memorial walk in aid of his late brother Ger Devere

Enniscorthy Defibrillator Initiative, is a voluntary initiative that owns and maintains 13 public access defibrillators around Enniscorthy. They also provide a free defibrillator checking service throughout the entire county and administer the PulsePoint AED app for the entire country.

Many of these defibrillators were installed a number of years ago and their batteries are coming due for replacement. Every time a defibrillator is used the pads which are placed on the patient's chest to deliver the shock need to be replaced and even if they never leave the packet they still need to be replaced every few years.

That's where you come in. Without your support, they can't purchase these life saving pads and batteries for the community or install new devices to widen our coverage in the area.

Any donations at all are appreciated and will go a long way.
