Your pharmacy career starts long before graduation – and we loved proving that at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) last night. 🤩

Tyrell Ronne and Bronwyn Farrell ERF RP from Med Connect joined RCSI School of Pharmacy & Biomolecular Sciences students for a dedicated Pizza Day careers session focused on building real‑world experience from day one. 🍕

We shared how Med Connect helps students gain experience in real pharmacies, earn income through flexible locum shifts, and plan a pathway from student to specialist pharmacist. It was brilliant to see strong engagement from Years 1–4, with great questions on locum work, compliance, and balancing shifts with lectures and exams. 📚

We’re grateful to the RCSI School of Pharmacy & Biomolecular Sciences for the opportunity to support their students and strengthen a partnership that helps future pharmacists build confident, patient‑focused careers across Irish community pharmacy.🪴
