I was that person who couldn't get over the pain, the nagging disbelief, the constant fatigue. For years I suffered with a post viral illness and had post traumatic stress disorder. Yes other therapies worked for a while and brought great awareness, but it was Tapping that helped me to R-E-T-U-N-E that past stress so that I could get on with living my best life again. I would go so far as to say that I live a much better life than I have ever lived before. I now use Tapping everyday to help me surf the stress that comes into my day.
