It’s been a LONG 4 months but we’re finally back!

I’m delighted to announce that outdoor classes will return this week. All sessions are strength & conditioning based and can be scaled to any ability from beginner to advanced, so if you’ve been sitting on your ass for the past few months then get in touch and get involved.

Class times are 18:15 Tuesday & Thursday and 9am Saturday morning.
