Key Responsibilities:
• Full daily kitchen operations
• Menu planning & dish costing
• Stock control & supplier management
• Maintaining strong food margins
• HACCP compliance
• Training and leading the kitchen team
Strong Senior Chefs ready to step into a Head Chef role will also be considered.
