At Dony Engineering we specialize in engine overhaul and repairs of all petrol and diesel engines,on all passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Our engine specialists are experts in re-manufacturing engines and we do it at its Due to growth,we are now recruiting a qualified engine technician to join our team!At least 3 years experience in all makes and models of cars and light commercials.Applicant must be able to diagnose all types of faults and carry out engine rebuild work.

Key duties:

Conduct full examinations of vehicles and identify non-routine defects, or additional faults either in the workshop or during road tests.
Undertake Electronic Vehicle Health Checks
Work closely with the service team and ensuring they are kept informed of the progress of work on customer vehicles.
Obtain appropriate authorization if additional work is required on a vehicle.
Offer technical advice and support to workshop apprentices and technicians
Ensure vehicles are thoroughly examined and report verbally and in writing the general condition of vehicles with emphasis on customer safety
Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer:

Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role
Must be fully qualified mechanic.
Mechanics tool kit
Be self motivated and a good time keeper
