We are very proud and excited to announce that Abrams Farm Stud and Tom Aspil have joined forces!! 🌟🤩🌟

For the breeding season of 2024, none other than The Appleby Horse, The General will for the first time ever be resident at Abrams Farm and standing at stud here with us in the UK and we couldn’t be more excited.

Sadly a lot, but thankfully not all, of our countries big quality traditional cobs have been sold and moved overseas, so we’ve been quietly, quietly working away to try and introduce some bigger bloodlines back into our herd and they don’t come much better than ‘The General’. We will be opening our doors to public stud for ALL of our stallions, working together to ensure preservation and breeding of the best quality Traditional Gypsy Cobs.

We’re also hoping to have ALL of our herd TGCA breed evaluated by then, both mares and stallions and we will continue to breed a limited number of the smaller show quality foals that we’re known for.
