Full of deep admiration for 93 year old Yabuta-san who takes 🇯🇵 famed longevity and work ethic to a whole new level. In 2019, he decided to start working in McDonald's Japan for the social aspect and for exercise. Since then he works 5 hours nightly 4 days a week. You have to admire McDonalds’s for going beyond stereotype views of age in their recognition of a great worker 👏. Japan is a safe society where the dignity of all work is respected and people at work strive for perfection in all tasks. The world has much we can learn from 🇯🇵 !
