Nowadays the organisers of the Dublin Literary Pub Crawl start their historic tour of Dublin at this establishment. Today the Duke is still renowned for providing the caller with a place of quiet respite to enjoy a peaceful drink or some heartwarming food throughout the day. We show all major sporting events on our large screen in the bar and on televisions located throughout the pub. We are also the starting point for the world famous Dublin Literary Pub Crawl which happens every evening at 7.30pm in the summer months (Apr - Oct) and from Thursdays to Sundays in the winter (Nov - Mar). There are also private tours all year round.
