"Don’t be afraid to put your foot in the door. There is no reason for you not to try to get into the radio sector, especially if it is something that you want to do and it is a career that you want to pursue. Of course, it can be really scary to put yourself out there (...), but you can send that email, reach out to companies and different stations and just ask if they’re offering some work experience or an internship or if they have any roles going. The worst they can say is no."
