Small turnout at today’s Bodyweight 101: The Naked Warrior Workshop.

So with only the three of us we could’ve got it all done and wrapped up early but…..I started talking and we went over four hours covering the workshop and beyond 😋

Thanks to and I dunno about you two but I enjoyed myself
