Portfolio Review Club is back on Monday 15th July in the Tara Building for a focus on emerging design disciplines.
Our second featured mentor this month is Susan O'Neill. Susan is Principal Designer (UI/UX) at Strata3 where she works with multi-disciplinary teams on large scale digital transformation projects. Her aim is always to understand and articulate the challenges faced by her clients and their audiences and as result create products that are both usable and delightful.
Prior to Strata3 Susan had a long and varied career in design spanning over 15 years, working in agencies in Edinburgh and London before returning to Dublin.

We are launching our DesignTalent Masterclass Series with an Infographic Storytelling course delivered by award-winning designer, author, trainer and speaker Valentina D’Efilippo. This 1-day hands on workshop will be delivered on Sat 27th September in Dublin.

Infographic storytelling is the fast-evolving graphic language that is transforming design, data journalism and presentations. This Masterclass provides an introduction to data visualisation’s potential as a storytelling medium as well as the principles behind constructing an effective visual display of information.

Attendees at Valentina’s course comes from various backgrounds and sectors, including data researchers, statisticians, journalists, marketers looking to enhance the creativity and impact of their communications through design, as well as designers or developers looking to get a better understanding of data-driven visual solutions.
