We went to our local butcher Conor, Smithfield Markets for a few oddly shaped veg and raided the herb garden. So Dave made a real homemade stock by boiling, braising and simmering it down just like his dad had shown him. It went down a storm! We use it for tasty soups, sauces, stews, gravies, casseroles and risottos to name a few...
