On Thursday, members of the Arachas team joined over 400 guests representing businesses from across the Ardonagh Group at the Spotlight Awards 2026.
The ceremony celebrated colleagues who have gone above and beyond over the year gone by and it was inspiring to see Arachas so well represented with our four finalists; Trevor Dunne, Adam Weldrick and Capital Fleet Team and the 26 Mountains to Mayo Team.
A special congratulations goes to the 26 Mountains to Mayo team on winning the ACT award for Team Achievement. This award recognised how the team has gone the extra mile to mobilise our company wide fundraising campaign and how the entire Arachas family has come in behind them, to support Cancer Fund For Children.
Thanks to Ardonagh for hosting a truly memorable evening and congratulations to all finalists!

At Arachas, Diversity & Inclusion is about more than policies and statements. It's about creating opportunities to listen, learn, understand and support one another.
Last Thursday, as part of our Pride celebrations, colleagues from across the business came together for our D&I panel discussion, “One Story, Many Voices”, exploring themes of inclusion, allyship, visibility and the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ people.
A sincere thank you to our fantastic panellists for sharing their insights, experiences and perspectives:
1. Hannah Solley, Family Support and Education Lead at TENI - Transgender Equality Network Ireland, for helping us better understand the experiences of trans and non-binary young people and the importance of support, education and allyship.
2. Mia Poland, broadcaster, journalist and LGBTQ+ advocate, for highlighting the importance of representation, visibility and creating spaces where diverse voices can be heard.
3. Tanya Waters, Marketing Business Partner at Arachas, former Irish international rugby player and long-time advocate for inclusion, for sharing her personal journey and reflections on the remarkable progress made over the past three decades.
A special thank you also to Eamon Moran for expertly moderating the discussion and to our D&I Committee, whose commitment and hard work made this and many other initiatives possible.
Meaningful inclusion starts with conversation. By listening to different perspectives and experiences, we continue to build a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to be themselves.
