Feng Shui Time

I have been studying Feng Shui for over 30 years, over the past few years I have been concentrating on the classic version Xuan Kong Fei Xing or Xuan Kong Flying Star Feng Shui which combines a number of principles from ancient Chinese philosophy. Using a little know method based on mapping the Xuan Kong Flying Star chart for a person instead of a building we can transcend the spac

Our universe is in a constant state of "Flux" much like TIME, we can go forward but never back!! if we could stop time at the exact moment you were born it would gives us a unique time stamp (your personal timeline).
On the day you were born your clock "Stopped" or "Started" depending your point of view (glass half full or glass half empty), So we figured out how to reverse engineer TIME to give you a peek, actually we use the formula of "Xuan Kong Flying Star feng shui" to create a chart of the day you were born.

Xuan Kong Flying Star feng shui, is a discipline in Feng Shui, dating back over 2,000 years it's an integration of the principles of Yin Yang, the interactions between the five elements, the eight trigrams, the Lo Shu numbers, and the 24 Mountains, by using time, space and objects to create an astrological chart or snapshot of the moment you were born.

If you think about it we are having a peek(look) back in time to when you were born, and if were just peeking then maybe we can peek forward in time to, just to see what it might look like at a future point; lets say you have an important interview coming up or your deciding what it might be like on a certain future date(maybe your wedding)!! you can , well sort of; heres how it works.

All you need to do is enter your date of birth and name in the fields below and click: "Calculate Your Personal Feng Shui Time Chart" You can also put in that future date we were talking about, otherwise the system defaults to the time your creating the chart "NOW". Aslo we don't want going all "Back to the Future" on us , so we have limited the future dates to 2025.

Xuan Kong Flying Star Feng Shui Time or Xuan Kong Fei Xing are the tools used to measure Yin Yang, Five Elements, Trigrams,
Luo Shu, 24 Mountains and Time to create charts to analyse a person or dwelling/building.

How are the 24 Mountains calculated?
A standard compass is separated into 360 degrees with the primary directions of North, East, South and West and four secondary directions Northeast, Southeast, Southwest and Northwest each covering 45 degrees, however the 45 degrees are sub-divided into 3 sub-sectors called Mountains(24 Mountains each 15 degrees.) .

What do they represent?
The sub-sectors are all either Yin or Yang; they represent one of the five elements Earth, Water, Wood, Fire and Metal.
Each sub-sector represents one of the 24 Mountains. Looking at your Lopan Compass it’s circular in shape, a circle consist of
360 degrees.

Doing the Math:

1 year is 365.25 days, a circle consists 360 degrees so each degree is equal to 1.01388889 days or ( 365.25 - 360 = 5.25 X 24
hours X 60 Mins = 8,640 / 360 = 24) so 1 degree is equal to 1 day and 24 mins…

24 hours in a day, 60 minutes in an hour, 24 X 60 = 1440 mins in 1 day

1440 Mins divided by 360(degrees in Circle) = 4 therefore 1 degree = 4 mins.

But as we know in the Julian calendar year is divided into 12 months and 365.25 which means every 4 years an extra day is added to balance it out (very Feng Shui) , this extra day in the year is called a leap year. Instead of using ratio of 1 degree = 4 mins we concentrate on a more accurate division of time by using the months in a year, taking into consideration each month has different number of days ranging from 28 to 31. One month is equal to 30 degrees i.e 360 / 12 = 30 so each monthly segment is 30 degrees exactly but as each month has a different amount of days i.e January has 31 days and April has 30 below is the
breakdown for each month/day/degree.

January = 31 = 0.96774194
February = 28 = 1.07142857
March = 31 = 0.96774194
April = 30 = 1
May = 31 = 0.96774194
June = 30 = 1
July = 31 = 0.96774194
August = 31 = 0.96774194
September = 30 = 1
October = 31 = 0.96774194
November = 30 = 1
December = 31 = 0.96774194

These computations become more complex because each star/number will fly/move into a different location each time the annual period changes ( Feb 4th each year Traditional Feng Shui Times is based on the Chinese solar calendar). There are 9 separate time charts, one for each annual period, these map out the locations of each star/number within a given year.

This method allows us to pinpoint an exact moment in time Past, Present or Future.

And any person born between 1st Jan and 4th Feb in any year will use the previous year as their annual number i.e 1961 would
be 4 (annual number for 1960).

Time is measured by clocks in the same way direction is measured by a compass, speed and distance by a laser etc.
So Clocks , Compasses or Lasers are only the tools.

Let's calculate a person’s birth date using Xuan Kong Feng Shui Time method for 28th September 1961.

Birth Year: 1961 = 3 (using annual cycle method)
Month: September 28th = 268 degrees
This is calculated as 8 full months at 30 degrees is 240 plus 28th day as Sept has 30 days we can see right away it’s 28 degrees
extra as it’s 1:1 ratio. Looking at our annual time chart for period 3 shows 28th of September as 268 degrees is “Zi” and is Trigram “Kan” it’s element is “Water”.

And any person born between 1st Jan and 4th Feb in any year will use the previous year as their annual number i.e 1961 would
be 4 (annual number for 1960).
