Paramount HR Solutions provides expertise in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Education and Training, Career Guidance and Employee Relations. Since 2006, Paramount HR Solutions has held accreditation as a QQI Centre and delivers a range of certified Training Programmes in this regard. The majority of our training programmes are newly validated QQI versions. The Paramount team collectively have several years’ experience in the design and delivery of strategic HR planning and operations on a number of outsourced HR Contracts. Many companies also outsource all of the training initiatives using an integrated approach of reviewing business objectives and desired outcomes and incorporating these into core content and delivery style. The Paramount team also have several years’ experience in carrying out strategic reviews using an integrated approach of reviewing business objectives in conjunction with identification of skill/competency requirements in the form of Training Needs Analysis. In addition we have worked on a number of projects with individual Skillnets, specifically involving employment opportunities and training initiatives in the Contact Centre and Outsourcing Sector which involved the management and delivery of workshops to jobseekers and potential employees in association with the employers. These Events were held in Cork City and Clonakilty and we worked closely with West Cork Rural Development Partnership in this regard.
