The summer Wellbeing Circle is here with Kasia and Gregory. Starting Thursday June 4th.
Happening over the summer each Thursdays, at 2:00–3:30pm
We welcome back both Kasia and Gregory to facilitate our Wellbeing Circle that offers a space to rest, reflect, and reconnect.Â
Through gentle conversation, mindfulness, and shared reflection, we’ll explore ways to nurture our wellbeing. A calm and supportive hour and a half just for you!
We hope you’ll join us for one (or many!) of these sessions. It would be great to see some familiar faces as well as some new ones.
