Contractors' Questions: Is being paid mainly as a loan from a brolly legitimate? :: Contractor UK Contractor’s Question: I’ve been offered a loan agreement method of pay from a freshly remodelled ‘umbrella company,’ whereby I would be paid the minimum salary and the rest would be in the form of a loan.
