We’ve all been following the critical situation in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with the heavy rains and floods. Thousands of people have been displaced, losing everything they spent their lives building.

Unfortunately, the recovery and rebuilding of cities and lives after such a tragedy won’t be easy or quick. As we know, the Brazilian community in Dublin is immense and contributes daily to the country’s development. Many of these Brazilians have had friends and family affected.

We are a group of coaches and trainers working in Dublin, and as part of our job, we bring health, well-being, and joy to many people’s lives. We would like to collaborate in bringing a bit of hope for better days to RS by organizing a charity workout session at Phoenix Park on Monday, June 3rd, bank holiday, at 10 am!

All you need to do, besides wearing your workout clothes, bringing your water bottle, and lots of energy, is to make a donation at the link below and present your receipt on the day. All funds raised will be donated to the following institutions supporting RS (list institutions here).

Are you attending this Sunday's national St. Patrick's Festival Ireland parade in Dublin with young children?

We're expecting large crowds for the celebrations and it's easy for children to get separated in all the excitement and commotion.

Some of those of you attending on Sunday with children may find these yellow wristbands helpful - we recommend that you write down a contact number on each so that if a child is lost we can quickly track you down by phone. And all panic will be averted!
