In ARC we offer comfort through this period of stress and anxiety together with psychological and emotional support. We have a team of psychotherapists, counsellors, reflexologists and yoga teachers, administration and fundraising staff. ARC could not survive without the support of a host of brilliant volunteers who help to manage the ‘drop in’ centres and fundraise for ARC. Our services are FRE

This monthly support group is designed specifically for women under 50 living with a cancer diagnosis. It’s an opportunity to connect with others at a similar life stage who understand the unique challenges of facing cancer at a younger age.

Some of our courses will take a short break over the summer months.
Our Core Support services remain open, including information, listening support, counselling, complementary therapies, etc.
