In ARC we offer comfort through this period of stress and anxiety together with psychological and emotional support. We have a team of psychotherapists, counsellors, reflexologists and yoga teachers, administration and fundraising staff. This monthly support group is designed specifically for women under 50 living with a cancer diagnosis. Itโs an opportunity to connect with others at a similar life stage who understand the unique challenges of facing cancer at a younger age.
