🏃🏽‍♀️ Calling all runners🏃🏻‍♂️ The DCU RISC Study is recruiting runners of all levels to take part in injury research.

What is the DCU RISC study about?
This study aims to track participants over time to uncover why runners so frequently get injured.

What's involved?
As well as measuring performance factors like your strength and flexibility, your running, landing and jumping technique will be analyzed using state of the art motion analysis technology. Testing will involve one 2 hour session at baseline. You will then train as normal and we will check in to see if you pick up any injuries as part of your running regime.

Why participate?
As well as helping research by being part of what hopes to be the largest running study of its kind in Europe you will receive a free injury assessment with a chartered physiotherapist or certified athletic and rehabilitation therapist should you pick up an injury over the direction of the study time period (approx 2 years).

Who are we recruiting?
✔️People aged 18-65
✔️Injury free (minor niggles are OK, if you're unsure pop us an email!)
✔️Runners of all types (long distance, novice runners etc etc..)

Drop us a message, or email us at [email protected] if you have any questions!
