Only 55% of adults believe that Irish society is generally accepting of people who choose not to drink alcohol.

"The sadness the next day was so much"

In this episode, Jarlath Regan shares that, for him, the "pit of despair" that came with drinking alcohol effected his ability to be funny the next day.

But, once he stopped drinking, and stopped struggling through the day after the night before, Jarlath immediately recognised that he started being better at comedy.
