This group workshop is a fun and easy way to get in touch with more aspects of yourself to help guide you in your current life. During the 90 minutes you will be gently brought into a light hypnosis which feels like a guided meditation. In the first segment you can experience a past life and in the second you will visit your spirit guide and receive a message. During this experience you are always in control, and you will feel relaxed and refreshed (and maybe a bit amazed 🤩) when the workshop is done. ✨

Another very short clip of a lady I had as a client at the weekend who was very curious about what was going to happen to her after this life. She seems to have had a lot of traumatic death experiences in her past lives and this was probably what was causing an unease in this life about the subject. Her Higher Self told her she would go to the spirit side / heaven and stay there for a while to help others cross over who need a bit of support on arrival! 🤩💕✨
