We are back at Toales on June 25 as support for
Robin James Hurt - Music. Yay!!

I think we started writing "All This Numb" around 2001 (this photo captures the general era), performed a version of it once at Harper College when we opened for Michael McDermott. A reviewer liked it, I recall, but we never recorded it or performed it again. It felt unfinished...and maybe it was too soon after my father's death, the initial inspiration for the song.

Randy and I worked on it this weekend and didn't fight. That's a good sign. I'm posting this here to hold us accountable--we're finally going to record it in 2026.

Tonight is for practice.
Tomorrow is for singing at Toales with Robin James Hurt - Music
But last night was pure inspiration.
