This is what was on the cards for St Michaels in 2001, and from looking at it now, looks nothing like what was promised, from the word from the are is this will be more high rise appartments and nothing else, i was in the area myself and had a look, the lay out even down to the material used which is precast is excatly the same as what was there, we will wait in anticipation to see the end result, swapping one St Michaels Est for another St Michaels Est, even if they change the name it will always be know for that, same as people still reference Keogh Square.
