The office was a small house on Albert Road with papers and boxes everywhere. Nowhere to sit except a Unicol VS1000 stand in the corner, top missing. Not exactly the polished environment most people would walk into and think: yes, this is the move.

But that's the thing about following a passion into a career. The logic doesn't always stack up on paper, and what you're really reading is the person across from you, the energy in the room, and something in your gut that says this is worth the leap.

That leap turned out to be the start of a successful career in event production.
